This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you visit ssr‑research.ai (the “Site”). Our practices reflect our core values of transparency, accountability, fairness, privacy, and security.

This Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not cover:

Key points
- We do not use GA4 to collect or store Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”).
- We do not track you across sites, serve behavioral ads, or sell data.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use only:
- GA4 cookies (first‑party) required for GA4 aggregated statistics.
- SSR‑security cookie (session) to mitigate bot traffic.
You can disable cookies in your browser; the Site will still function.
5. How We Share Information

- All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS 1.3.
- SSH keys, MFA, and role‑based permissions protect server access.
- Regular vulnerability scans and annual penetration testing.
- GA4 data is stored in Google Cloud data centers that comply with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
8. Global Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of any personal data you have voluntarily provided
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
- Receive data portability (EU/UK residents)
- Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (California residents—note: we already do not sell or share)
How to make a request
Email privacy@ssr‑research.ai with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days (or as required by applicable law). We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request.
9. Children
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal data, contact us, and we will promptly delete it.
10. International Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you agree that your information may be processed in and subject to the laws of the United States, which may differ from your home jurisdiction.
11. AI‑Related Data Practices
In line with our Responsible AI Charter, any datasets used for AI research:
- are separately governed under data‑processing agreements or contain only fully anonymized data?
- are stored in isolated research environments with stricter access controls.
- are subject to fairness, bias, and privacy impact assessments before model training.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We post the revision date at the top; material changes will be announced on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect.
